This Privacy Policy describes how Diador Technology Ltd. ("Diador", "we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit diador.ai ("the Site"), contact us, book an assessment, or engage our workflow-automation services. You can reach us at info@diador.ai.
You provide directly: name, work email, company, message content, and scheduling details when you fill out a form, book a time, or email us.
Automatically when you visit: IP address, browser user-agent, referrer, pages viewed, and coarse engagement metrics collected via privacy-friendly analytics (Vercel Analytics). We do not use cross-site advertising trackers.
During an engagement: business data you explicitly provide or connect (documents, emails, system integrations) for the sole purpose of running the workflows you hired us to run. Engagement data is governed by the Data Processing Addendum in your contract.
We do not sell personal information. We do not use engagement data to train general-purpose AI models.
We use first-party cookies for site preferences (e.g., theme) and privacy-friendly analytics to understand aggregate site usage. You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings without losing core functionality.
We use a limited set of vendors to deliver the Site and contracted services, including cloud hosting, email delivery, analytics, and — during engagements — AI model providers that process data under strict no-training, no-retention terms. Current vendors include Vercel, Render, Google (Gmail, Calendar), OpenAI, and Anthropic. A current subprocessor list is available on request.
We retain contact-form submissions and scheduling records for as long as needed to respond and maintain the relationship, typically up to 24 months. Engagement data follows the retention terms in your contract.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, or to object to certain processing. Contact us at info@diador.ai and we will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.
We may process data in the United States and other countries. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards (for example, Standard Contractual Clauses) for cross-border transfers.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a new "last updated" date.
