By accessing diador.ai ("the Site"), submitting a form, booking an assessment, or otherwise using our publicly-accessible services, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
The Site is provided for informational purposes. You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to access non-public areas, interfering with normal operation, or using automated systems in a way that imposes an unreasonable load.
Paid workflow-automation services are delivered under a separate written agreement (Master Services Agreement, Statement of Work, and, where applicable, Data Processing Addendum). Those documents govern scope, fees, intellectual property, confidentiality, data handling, and liability between Diador Technology Ltd. and the engaging party.
The Site, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by Diador or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing on the Site grants you a license to use Diador's trademarks without prior written permission.
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. Diador does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Diador's total liability arising out of or related to the Site is limited to one hundred US dollars (US$100). Paid engagements carry liability terms defined in the relevant agreement.
The Site may link to third-party sites or services. Diador is not responsible for their content, terms, or privacy practices.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a new "last updated" date. Continued use of the Site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Diador Technology Ltd. is established, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Disputes arising from use of the Site are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
